SDG Launches Fund with Nashville Acquisition

Atlanta, GA - SDG Advisors, through its SDG Value Fund I, has acquired the 94,288 square foot Metro Exchange office building in Nashville, Tenn. This marks the first acquisition of the fund which is sponsored by SDG Advisors, LLC, a partnership of Atlanta real estate veterans Stan Breon and Mark Parker.

Constructed in 1976, Metro Exchange is a five-story office building located in the Metro Center office park, approximately 12 blocks north of Nashville’s central business district. CIGNA Government Services currently occupies the entire building.

The 850-acre mixed-use Metro Center office park grants easy access to I-65, I-40, I-440 and I-24. The area contains five million square feet of space, which over 200 companies employing more than 10,000 employees call home, including the Tennessee Titans, Nashville Gas, the FOX Network, the Tennessee Lottery and Watkins College of Art and Design.

Dominic Zabriskie and Art Williams of Nashville Commercial Real Estate negotiated this transaction. The purchase price was not disclosed.  SDG has selected Melanie Giaconia, also of Nashville Commercial Real Estate, to manage the property.
